Korean Air and Asiana Airlines will begin rolling out free Starlink-based in-flight Wi-Fi on 15 September, starting with 14 aircraft on international routes as the South Korean carriers modernize onboard connectivity.
The initial fit-out covers medium- and long-haul services to the Americas, Europe and Southeast Asia, with free access available across all cabins and wider fleet deployment planned through the end of 2027.
Korean Air will equip three A350-900s and one 777-300ER first, while Asiana will start with nine A350-900s and one A330-300.
